1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

A-ONE Relocations & Removals provides a range of moving and relocation services, including but not limited to domestic/local moving, corporate/office moving, pet relocation, vehicle moving, fine arts moving, warehousing & storage, international moving, unpacking services, debris removal, and move management. The specific services you request will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates

• Binding Estimates: Quotes provided by A-ONE Relocations & Removals are based on the information provided by the customer. If there are changes to the scope of work, additional charges may apply.

• Non-Binding Estimates: Estimates provided by A-ONE Relocations & Removals are subject to change based on the actual volume of items and services required.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

• Payment Due: Payment for services is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing and received by A-ONE Relocations & Removals at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. A cancellation fee may apply.

• Cancellation by A-ONE Relocations & Removals: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your move in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the items to be moved, the destination address, and any special requirements.

• Preparation: The customer is responsible for preparing their belongings for the move, including proper packing, labeling, and securing of items.

• Access: The customer must ensure that A-ONE Relocations & Removals has clear and safe access to all locations involved in the move.

7. Liability and Insurance

• Basic Liability Coverage: A-ONE Relocations & Removals provides basic liability coverage as required by law. This coverage is limited to a specified amount per pound per item.

• Additional Insurance: Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items. A-ONE Relocations & Removals can assist with arranging additional insurance upon request.

• Damage Claims: Any damage to items must be reported in writing to A-ONE Relocations & Removals within 48 hours of the move. We will review and address claims in accordance with our damage claims policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Exclusions: A-ONE Relocations & Removals is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, or acts of nature.

• Valuables: A-ONE Relocations & Removals is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable items such as jewelry, cash, or important documents unless they have been explicitly disclosed and agreed upon in writing prior to the move.

9. Force Majeure

A-ONE Relocations & Removals shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Amendments to Terms

A-ONE Relocations & Removals reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which A-ONE Relocations & Removals operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
